Tecnick.com Services for AIOCP
Tecnick.com offers a range of services designed to help learning professionals maximize the benefits of AIOCP:
- Consulting Services
Consulting Services help customers to plan their Web system, integrating AIOCP with existing environments and applications.
- Remote Installation Service
AIOCP remote installation on your Web Server or external Web Hosting company.
AIOCP requires Apache, PHP5, MySQL 4, an FTP and SSH remote access with root privileges.
- Basic Service Level Agreement
This Service support has four dimensions:- email notifications for Software upgrades, patches and fixes;
- priority bug fixing for the Software when required;
- documenting the Customer on problems and Software when required;
- helping the Customer by email on any Software-related technical topic required.
- Hourly Support
Custom hourly support for your AIOCP needs.
Support can be delivered via email, Skype phone and remote server access (SSH and FTP).
